I am with you... My knees don't seem to agree with me running so I am going to try to walk the 100 miles. I have been slowly working my way up and am at between 3 - 4 km per day right now. I will have to boost my average to about 6 km per day to hit the 100 mile mark. Cheers, Alsison

Wow.. 100 miles eh???.. For us Canadians that means just shy of 161 kilometres in 30 days... Quick math says that I need to average over 5 km per day. This would be quite an accomplishment, but what the heck, I am in if you'll have me!!! Cheers :flowerforyou: Alsison

Yes I do mean low calorie. The place close to my work seems to have nice smaller lunch portions and they have the option to go with brown rice. It is just hard to log as I have no idea what the calories would be... Thanks for all the great advice. Cheers, Alsison
