I don't know what I was thinking with my goal... Expecting to be down 40lbs in 12 weeks is unrealistic, unhealthy and way too much to ask for. I officially reset my 12 week goal to be just over half way there at 159 lbs... Totally do-able!! Cheers, Alsison

I am holding strong.... Those 7 hours (420 mins) aren't easy... So far this week.. Wed - 70 mins Thur - 35 mins Fri - 30 mins Sat - 35 mins Total so far...170.. So I still need 250 minutes by Tuesday weigh in.... NO EXCUSES!! I can do this!! Cheers, Alsison

I am going to try to hit the 7 hours of exercise.. Last week I did 4 1/2 which is still 30 mins every morning plus a 1 hour session with my trainer... It is just hard to find the time to do any more... WHOOPS!! That sounded a lot like an EXCUSE!!.. No EXCUSES!! I am in for 7 hours!! Cheers, Alisison
