TRY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE GETTING ENOUGH PROTEIN IN YOUR DIET AND EAT EVERY THREE TO FOUR HOURS THIS WAY YOU DON'T HAVE A CRASH IN YOUR INSULIN IN YOUR BODY WHICH WOULD HELP YOU NOT WANT TO CRAVE SUGAR/ CARBS AS YOUR BODY IS FEELING DEPRIVED.

As a nurse myself, who worked night shift, I think you need to treat your night as your days... so as you are sleeping throughout the day you should be eating at night like you would during the day if you were awake. Day 3, level 2, awesome burn felt today hair was dripping with sweat, then went and jumped in our lake.... the ice came off 2.5 weeks ago I must say it was a bir of a polar bear swim and I haven't been in that early after the ice leaves since I was about 15...lol

I am in..... I signed up for Mays 30 DS and only made the first week, did other workouts instead... I bought Zumba Wii, which is quite fun, however am determined to stick with the 30 DS. I did my first work out today and actually went onto level 2!!!

You can buy Zumba Dance for the Wii as a game/workout....... awesome. I am saving up for a HRM so as of this time I am just going by the MFP calories burned and as I said I googled the Zumba for calories burned. Hopefully soon I will have enough to buy one!!!

What size of weights did you use? I find if I start with lower weights and work out with the girl who is doing the easy moves for the first week I have an easier time getting through it. Also just go with every other day until the muscles get used to the new work out. It will get easier

Well today is my first day, as I signed up today.... Goals are to learn about this site Stick to the calories alloted to me exercise more stay motivated

Cut up a head of Cauliflower into pieces, put into a oven proof dish. put 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 crushed cloves of garlic, 1 tsp parsley, and 1 tbsp parmesan cheese, Stir to coat well, Bake in oven @ 400 degrees C stir occasionaly until beginning to brown lightly and fork goes in easily, Enjoy!
