Even though it is listed separately on MFP, sugar is part of carbs so the listing should still read as 32g odd carbs of which 20g are sugars.

It's my birthday in June so that's not happening.....

I'm on a TDEE -20% @1900, weigh 188lbs and most days I hit that in protein intake. It can be hard going some days but it's certainly achievable (although yes, your probably going to thinking about protein at every meal)

I'm currently using Pre and Post Jym, Vita Jym and ZMA Jym, I'm on the look out for a decent capsulated fish oil as Omega Jym isn't available in the UK. I've stuck with the one brand for pretty much all of my supplements (apart from protein powders) as imo it's a good range and highly rated. At my age I need all the help I…

L-Carnitine can apparently help the transport of fatty acids into cells like muscles that is then burned to produce ATP. It's not a weight loss supplement but it can aid the burning of fat during intense workouts and supply the muscles with a source of ATP replenishment. L-Carnitine should be taken with some fast digesting…

Any new foods I eat I enter myself via the nutritional information on the packet/can...at least I know it's accurate then.

If you want to know how good your protein powder is, look at the grams of protein per serving listed in the nutritional details, multiply it by 4 and then divide by the calories per serving. This will give you your protein % per serving, the more protein, the better. Stay away from stuff that list 'proprietary blends' etc…

Yeah...that's probably the sugar they have added to sweeten it ;)

I'm currently trying low carb, having said that my macros were 50c, 30p and 20f but I was finding it hard to control the odd sugar craving in the evening and Easter killed me diet wise so I've knocked my carbs back a bit and upped my protein and fats a touch. Currently my macros are 35c, 40p and 25f and at least for now…

Canned spray cream=grim, would rather buy some whipping cream and whisk it up.

I buy Monster Ultra Zero in packs of 12 from a trade store but typically only have one when I fancy a change from water or Cherry Pepsi Max, they are awesome though.

I have no idea today...it's Easter Sunday so I suspect it's not going to be overly healthy tonight.....

I train at home using Liveexercise.com, it's a subscription service but has great content...everything from yoga, stretching, cardio, body weight, kettle bells, Dumbbells, resistance bands etc etc. YouTube is a good source of content as well.

I think if I ever get to the point where I have to face reality outside for exercise then Polar do a small gps tracker that you can attach to your shoe laces, and it will sync with all the other Polar stuff

Your young and light riding at a very light to moderate pace so your calorie burn sounds reasonably accurate.
-
Well I hope your health continues to improve. Although I don't think what workout you have it set to makes much difference on the actual calories burned, it certainly looks more accurate (and appeases my ocd) to have it set to the right type of workout. I mostly workout at home so I open up Polar Beat on my iPad and set it…

If your wearing a heart monitor and your genuinely struggling physically, then it's likely that physical exertion will elevate your heart rate, giving a higher calorie burn report...at least that's my guess.

No critique of your regime or comments on lower body exercises as squats will be the universal reply, but have you tried including rowing into your regime? Rowing is a total body workout when done with proper form from shoulders/arms, back, core and legs. Awesome calorie burner and fitness tool

Shoulders are small muscles, easy to tear. It will take time to build strength in them but if you want to supplement your exercise with targeted shoulder sets (either with bands or weights) just don't go heavy, high reps, low weight

That's a tough break man, I feel for you. I have no experience with the A360 but I can honestly say that I've not had any major issues with pairing and/or syncing my H7 with my Loop 2 and then to MFP. Having said that, the recent Polar Flow app update seems to have slowed the syncing a bit and like I said, if you have an…

IMO Polar make excellent HRM's, their best one being the H7 Bluetooth smart which will also sync with a lot of gym equipment.
-
I have a Polar Loop 2 and love it. It's light, easy to clean, tracks activity, fully waterproof and will sync with the Polar H7 Bluetooth HRM chest strap (which is also fully waterproof) and can all be synced to MFP via their apps ( although still issues I believe with android and syncing, I use my iPad mini). No GPS…

I think you may be interpreting the red negative value on your macros as a bad thing, but it's more that MFP doesn't track any recommended intake values for poly and mono fats (I'm not even sure if there are recommended intake amounts) so when you have them it's shows as a red negative value. In this case just ignore them,…

If its flavoured then it's sweetened, either naturally with sugars or artificially with sweeteners. When I'm not using a flavoured powder I use an unsweetened whey isolate which I add vitafibre to, it sweetens it while adding much needed fibre.

I also don't track salt however not entering a value when I know what it is plays with my slight OCD so I work it out anyway Ps salt in grams value / 2.5 x 1000 = sodium value.
-
Grams for dry, millilitres for liquids. Being from the UK I don't understand why people would use cup measures over grams and ml.
-
Or input your own values and not rely on erroneous entries from others, which is my preference.

Some guy posted links to study's on a nother forum i visit. Would those with of a detailed knowledge of the science care to have a look and agree or disagree with the study's. http://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/10773525.2015.1106075?journalCode=yjoh20& http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18800291 He followed up…

That's awesome thanks, I thought as much but have this thing of not making comments based on ignorance
