The problem is that I'm just one person and all the dishes have to be packed up, so I was thinking ir might be a slim fast, fresh fruit, and quest bar kind of week! Lol and some frozen meals?

LOL Thank you for your input! Yes, too much internet (or anything) can be a bad thing. That's why it's nice to have certain things to choose from so you aren't doing the same thing in little moderation!

Great idea! I wasn't really specific in my post so I'll edit but I was looking for actual things to go DO instead of eating. Such as: Take a walk Journal Pin motivating images on Pinterest etc :)

Hello! I too struggle with the same things. No diet will work for you unless you face **WHY** you binge. I suggest reading "Stop eating your feelings" by Meryl Hershey Beck. I purchased it last week and it's done more for me in a week than years of therapy. Also try to look up "How to have your cake and skinny jeans too".…
