  • I had to remove the one video for Get down Tonight because the copyright issue kept taking the audio down. I hope to put up some more videos soon for your workout enjoyment! Jennifer
  • Woot Woot!! Let me know how you liked it!!
  • I do not have that yet but it's a great idea. Unfortunately, loading videos onto youtube makes that next to impossible for me. I think videos have to be under 10 minutes so I really have to just do one at a time. Glad you already tried it though! All of my choreography has verbal cues, but the other instructors don't use…
  • Below is an article I found that might help answer your question. If you read down a bit you'll see where it gives you an idea how many calories you might burn for different types of activities. These numbers are based on a woman who is 130lbs though so if you weigh more then you would burn more. But it's a good baseline.…

It's still good to log all your strength training separately under "strength training" so you have a record of exactly what you did. As for the hunger, if you continue to make…
  • I am a personal trainer. The recommendation is 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. Strength training 3 days a week. You could however do more strength training as long as you aren't working the same muscle groups on back to back days. Sounds like you are doing good to me!
