Drinking carbonated water or flavored water is fine. Drink what you like if you can fit it in. Enjoy what you like in moderation, you don't have to give up everything that you like.

Trying but failing to do so. Just because you've been eating for over 20 years makes you still know diddly squat about how other people work. I've seen you be called a troll in other threads and I'm starting to understand why.

I've battled with ED and the best thing that I did was talk to someone about it. I was so afraid o being judged at first but there was no judgement just understanding and help. Until you get to the heart of the problem then there will always be that temptation.

Nasty cycle isn't it? Binge, guilt, give up, binge more, regret. Talk to a therapist and find another outlet for those emotions. It helps immensely.

Don't give up anything you love. What I did was slowly cut back on things that I could not control myself around and then when I felt I could have it without bingeing I let myself have an actual portion instead of a taste of it. Also the pre portioning works really well for me too. That way I can eat the whole bag of my…

I agree you should talk to your doctor and maybe a dietician. I binge but I have also cut back. When I started I lowered my calories very slowly. I think I lowered by 50, than another 50 until I was comfortable.

Then that's fine for you but not for everyone. Some people are learning to be responsible with their intake and learning moderation. If you have no control than you should avoid it but there is no reason to demonize food.
