I read the book "Choose to Lose" and it was eye opening. The book might suggest for you to be sure to get those calories in, to keep your metabolism running high. good luck. I know how hard it is! :flowerforyou:

when i started my journey, my goal was 100 lbs. i split my goal into 2. I have reached my first goal and am currently working on the second half. i'm 46 yrs old, and it's hard, yes, but you can do it! slow and steady wins the race! feel free to add me as a friend and good luck! :happy:

yes, it is. I went from that to 1200 calories about 6 months ago, and I don't even get hungry anymore. the veggies and protein are key. keeping track here also is a great way to be accountable. if I don't track I always eat WAY more. Good luck!!!
