I just made these today, too.
I substituted real sugar for the Splenda- I will not eat that crap ;-) I used 2/3 cup sugar and bumped up the applesause by another 1/4 cup. There is another thread going on these now, too - and I followed some recommendations there - blend the oats first (into a flour), then add the water, then everything else.
I made 18 muffins @ 104 calories each. They are VERY good!0 -
