I had challenged myself to cycle/spin 7 days this week but my heel started hurting again (stress fracture from running), so I took a day off. I still am happy with my mini-challenge and added 360 mins of spinning to my October challenge.

OK, so during the week I weighed myself and had dropped 2 lbs. But I did a lot of "stress eating" over the weekend (had to take cat to ER vet hospital, etc) and so I put 1 lb back on. I'm still down 1 lb but... dang. I know that stress is not an excuse for over eating. AND, that eating is not a cure for stress. So I'm…

I'd love to join this group! I'm an injured runner so cycling is about all the cardio I can do right now. I prefer riding on the road, but I think I'll have to mostly do my workouts at spin classes. So I guess I'll count minutes??? My goal will be 3 classes per week, or 180 minutes. 10/1: 60 minutes.
