  • I wish I knew what is holding me back! I have cleaned up my diet, I work out like a fiend. Kudos to My Fitness Pal for finally making it easy enough to record all this stuff - exercise and food diaries - but let me warn you all, the older you get, the more those pounds really want to hang on!
