I'm still a work in progress but between these pictures i have lost about 27 lbs at 5'6.5 and my fiance has lost about 65 lbs between these two pictures and is still losing

That is so awesome! I started loosing weight in early August and I weigh in on Tuesday mornings and this morning when i stepped on the scale not only did I loose 2 pounds this week when i thought things were starting to slow down :) but I am only .8 lbs away from my halfway mark! I am so pumped! :D I have lost 29.2 pounds!

My fiance only does it on his phone too. All he has to do is go to more (bottom right), click on friends, click on you, press the little diary symbol, press the little toolbar symbol next to the meal he wants to copy, and press copy meal to today

If you add a food and input the nutrition facts yourself, you can make it public but not for the actual recipes that you need calculated by MFP. It would be more work but you could make a new food with whatever recipe you already calculated and enter the facts and set that to public

I cant figure it out either. What I do is add the meal to my diary and tell him to copy it onto his. Then i delete it if i didn't eat it or keep it if i did

I would love to start exercising more but just being on a pound per week calorie deficit and not adding any more exercise (occasionally my fiance and I go on walks, etc) i have lost 27.2 in about 5 months (I want to lose 60 lbs total). I would say it is pretty good progress and I am really happy with it.

My jeans are getting longer.. At my highest weight they didn't even fit, in October I could wear them and now they are getting loose and longer :D

I take a container of Yoplait Light Strawberry Yogurt (90 cal) and mix it with a cup of cheerios (100 cal) You could probably use any other flavor/ brand of yogurt and a different cereal too if you wanted. But I love doing this! It is a yummy 190 cal breakfast

Oh my goodness, I hated the Wolf of Wall Street so much. I was so disappointed. I know a lot of people liked it but I could hardly sit through the movie and i am a person that loves movies! I didn't get offended by anything it was just a "what is the point" movie?
