also you should be weighing your food, not using spoons etc even the greek yogurt needs to be weighed as every pot will never be the exact same therefore giving you different calories each time
-
from what you have posted you need to be adding way more protein than what is suggested you are having. eating nuts (weighed and logged) will give you protein, fats and up your calories

So at an asthma check up the nurse questioned me about when/what I eat and my weight so I told her Im counting calories on mfp etc etc. and that I was biking to the gym 5 nights a week (now you need to know I had lost 32lbs at this point) she then told me NEVER eat after 6.30pm because everything you eat after that time…

1 and 2 surely are based on your health!

If there ever comes a day where I feel guilty for eating cake I really hope somebody does shoot me. you had one slice of cake not the whole thing and you chose to "binge on spaghetti" that had nothing to do with the cake but everything to do with your choices!

would be no good for me any, Im cooking for 2 adults and 5 kids so Id have to use 2+ trays of it if I froze it in ice cube trays lol
-
so you really need to read things. also how did you eat a whole box and only then realise you were stuffed and clearly had way more than one portion? this is why eye balling dont work because nobody seems to have any idea what an actual serving size is

you can if you want to BUT it wont mean by next week you will show that loss on the scale. personally Id just log it correctly from now on and carry on as normal

you already run which is alot more than some can do, surely dropping the lbs will only help with how good you are at running right? that should motivated you if you are so in to running and frankly who cares what anyone else thinks? you are doing it for you ! so get your goals in mind and go for it it!

I dont understand SW at all, but maybe its because im a calorie counter and it works so the idea of eating as much as you like of things like pasta and rice baffles me. I LOVE!!!! pasta and rice and could probably eat 2 days worth of calories in one meal if I let myself lol

OP its not complicated, set you activity level on MFP and enable negative adjustments in you settings. This way if you are less active on a day you will have a negative calorie adjustment and on more active days a plus adjustment. example: MFP activity level set at active = 1700 cals on Monday your fitbit tells MFP that…

why do people put a time goal on weight loss?? Op it took a year for the weight to go on, its not going to come off in a blink of an eye, it takes time. put all you details in to mfp, and stick with what it tells you to eat. weight everything on a food scale, meausre liquids ... in a jug not spoons and log everything. and…
