I'd take it really easy...do workouts that don't involve those muscles. Maybe some arm strengthening?? Good luck!

I've said the same thing to myself many, many times over the years. You've done great so far -- You need to give yourself credit for the weight you've already lost. The support here is great, and the forum answers any questions I have. We'll help keep you motivated!

I found that eating slowly helps. It took a while to train myself, but I start feeling full about 1/2 way through the meal. Even with smaller portions on the plate.

Try everything -- but whatever you decide to stick with, make sure you enjoy it. There's nothing worse than exercise being a chore. You should have fun with it :smile:

I've tried it, but had to stop because it got expensive and complicated. MFP is so much easier for me to follow. So far, so good!!:smile:

I had one....got rid of it. I'd rather walk outside. If the weather is bad, I use the Wii and work up a good sweat.

I use the Wii Fit....its not a perfect workout but it's pretty darn good. Also, there's Zumba and dancing for almost all systems now. If you can't get to a gym it's not a bad way to get some exercise in.

I've been using Wii Fit Plus at home....I get a good workout and can vary the routines so it doesn't get boring. So far so good!!

I started to become a little "obsessed" with weighing myself. I was stepping on the scale every morning! It was making me very anxious so I finally decided to weigh myself twice a week, on Wednesday and Sunday.

Though I've been trying to eat home made foods as much as possible, I keep Lean Pockets in the freezer "just in case". I've only gone into them twice in a month, but it's nice to have them there as a back up. Karyn
