Falling off the wagon.....
I'm here to shamefully admit I've fallen off the wagon. After logging in religiously for over 230 days, I've let MFP slide for 5 days now. I've eaten things I know I shouldn't, and am very very afraid to get on the scale. I know this has happened to others -- how have you all handled it? I need advice... My fight or flight…

how MFP calculates calories - exercise
I hope someone can answer this question: Today I went out walking twice, both for 13 minutes each (recorded with Runtastic). Just started walking....
How many steps a day should I be aiming for? Some people say shoot for 6000 steps, others say more? Is there a general guideline to follow?

Wii calorie burn
I'm confused. I can do 60 minutes of Wii free step (averaging over 5200 steps) and according to MFP I burn only 207 calories, but walking the dog at a moderate pace for 30 minutes burns 213??? Does anyone else think this is strange? Does anyone know where I can find an accurate calorie burn for the Wii fit games?

Water & Crystal Light
I absolutely loathe drinking plain water. If I add Crystal Light (or any of the other flavorings) can I count it as water for the day? I'll add it to my food log, but need to know if it's ok to log it as water too.

New perspective
Ok....I just had a major "WOW" moment! I started my diet at 214 pounds. My goal weight is 136. I've lost 26 pounds total so far (11 before MFP, 15 since). Now, math was never my best subject, and hopefully my numbers are right. 214 minus 136 = 78 pounds to lose 78 divided by 3 = 26 pounds Since I've already lost 26 pounds,…

Hello!

I'm 5'2, and have weighed 190 pounds (+ or - 20 lbs) for almost 30 years. I've been very lucky...my health has been pretty good despite the extra weight. Over the past…
