I use my fitbit one in conjuction with my fitness pal. I also use runkeeper, but only to measure distance and verify my fitbit info.

I use my fitbit, but I also use Runkeeper - Only the fitbit is synced with MFP. I like the GPS distance of the Runkeeper, and I try to go a little bit further each time I walk.

500 calories is way too low - stick with the MFP guidelines. You'll lose weight and feel soooo much better!

Thanks to all! I guess the main thing is that I'm getting the walks in. While at work a friend and I do a 10-15 walk each morning and afternoon, and a 30 minute walk at lunch. Tomorrow is Saturday, and that means kick-boxing class!! :happy:

Is your diet heavy in protein? I've found that higher protein diets help curb my hunger - a lot! I'm under my calorie goal most days too. I don't think you're doing anything wrong.

Frozen grapes are great! But if you're like me, I need my chocolate fix :) Don't deny yourself, but be sure to count it.
