I have a question for all you "green" smoothie drinkers. Does a regular blender really mix up the spinach or kale small enough that there aren't chunks? And can you really not taste it? I'm looking to try something new.... and smoothies seems like a great go-to.

I suffer from IBS and my food choices are based on what doesn't trigger symptoms. While counting calories, I make good choices - but when my IBS flares up, calories don't matter anymore and all I'm trying to do is calm my system down. So I do often gain weight based on food choices when my IBS acts up.

I have what I call "hungry days" where it seems like no matter what I eat, I'm still hungry. Monday was like that for me. I make sure to have lots of healthy snacks at work so I don't find myself at the vending machine! It does get easier... hang in there!

I have bingeing issues, too! Mostly chocolate. I find popping a mint in my mouth (I don't like gum) takes care of it for awhile because I know eating chocolate with a minty mouth will be disgusting lol
