What's your go to breakfast before a workout?

I'm interested to hear what everyone else is eating. If it's super early I'll just have a coffee but if it's abit later I'll add a banana or a slice of rye with pb and banana

Same as I eat every day. Either two packets of instant oatmeal and a fruit or egg white, cheese on an English muffin and a fruit.

I like to have granola about 30-45mins before working out in the mornings. Or if I get up late a banana does the job!

Most mornings I get up and head straight for my workout - no time for breakfast first!

I usually have a protein bar or eat something light like a low fat strawberry yogurt

2 cups bran flakes, 1/4 cup instant oats, 1 cup milk, 1 tbsp honey, and 1/2 tbsp cinnamon.

I'll either have tea or coffee right after depending on my mood.

Nothing but a little water. I get up at 5:25 and start my workout by 5:35

Depends on how I feel. Usually it's 2 eggs and coffee.

I usually start with a half teaspoon of salt in a glass of water. If it's early enough I'll drink some green tea as well. I just started on Keto so I'm not doing anything fancy like carb loading, etc just yet.

Before Keto I would eat a serving of plain greek yogurt and a scoop of protein mix in a glass of water about half hour before working out.

If it's yoga, just coffee and water. If it's something more strenuous I'll add a small banana.

Donuts. Preferably Boston creme or sour creme glazed but not super picky. Small but pack a nice calorie punch.

Oatmeal directly afterwards (although sometimes I eat it during if I get hungry enough)

Cheese and meat after all the yummy carbs.

Water, lots of coffee. I usually don't eat anything, however, I think I should start having something. I am usually up for 60-90 min fiddling around before I actually am working out.

Maybe just an apple & almond butter...or a Greek yogurt.
