I take 1/3 of a cup of steel oaks (not cooked) and put in my protein shake every morning. I hate Oatmeal as long as I put in my shake then it's all good.

I just started this the other day and love it. My goal is to loose 100 lbs. Any ideas on workouts, I don't sweat that much no matter what excerise I do.
