Sorry! I didn't know how to get it across! I was super tired last night. So hopefully I make sense now. For every pound you lose, you lose 6 pounds of pressure off your back, legs, and feet. Gravity reasons maybe? I was just wondering if anyone could clarify this.

Eat the calories within your calorie range. Don't eat too much less. MFP gave you that nber for a reason. Stick to it. Also, don't eat too much over. If happen to do so, any exercise you do will help with that. And with exercise, you have the option of eating those calories back or not. Depending on the type of food I eat…

Aldi is my go to grocery and has been for 5 years. The prices are great and I haven't noticed anything wrong or different with the taste compared to other foods. I am happy with your new discovery!

That looks good!!! I just recently started eating only egg whites. Made an omelette the other day with green peppers, spinach, cheddar, ham and sour cream. It was morning love!!!

After my pregnancy I was given the mirena. I steadily lost weight over a year and a half and was even 20 lbs belowy pre-pregnancy weight. It shouldn't make too much of a difference. Hope you find it well!!!

I am 5'3 and my goal weight is 145. I was at my lowest of 153 after my pregnancy. I was so close to my goal. Then I started school 2 years ago and my hard work went down the drain! But I'm back at it again and will support you in your goal!!!

I am not relying primarily on these supplements at all. My sister passed them onto me and I am willing to give them a try. At least to get a routine going. Try to find breakfast foods that are full of fiber and protein. Fill up on that. And instead of boredom eating drink a glass of ice cold water, it will let your tummy think you are full. Hmmm...
