Thanks! I am aware that Runkeeper gives more. Even the gym machines. In fact Runkeeper gives me about 230 for my weight. I enter 200. As far as Gym machines go, I reduce the calories by 150 - 200. According to the gym machines, I burn about 800 to 850. I enter 600 to 650. Also, I got a food scale and measuring cups…
