Starting weight: 220 lb Current weight: 210 lb Goal weight: 170 lb Height 5 feet 10 inches Age 26 Workout (daily): 1 hour stationary bike (about 20 to 22 miles) Tracker shows 650 cals. 20 mins free style swimming. Online resouces say about 100 to 150 cals.…
