I would stick with water being water. I noticed I cut out all diet soda ( addicted to caff) And it made me feel way better and helped me loss bloat! Good luck keep pushing water!!

12 hours usually sucks! I bring food and its not enough and when I get home I pig out!! I work 12s during the day, and overnight. Overnights are WAY worse!

I have been fitted for shoes when i first joined the military, I do have a new pair but maybe they just arent right. I wear them to work too. Hummm... maybe thats a good excuse for a new pair of shoes, and it justified!! LOL. Thanks!

Plus its way better when there is LOTS of people there cuz then one person wont just focus on you!!! When I took Jeremy home it was a family reunion, he meet alot of people but he wasnt stuck talking to just one person, say my dad especially! jUST THINK THE MORE THE BETTER!! GOOD LUCK!

I have been running/jogging the last month, I have been doing really well. I lost 13 lbs so far by watching what I eat and working out. Mostly working out. Tonight I went out for a run, normally I go for about an hour and tonight I made it 35 mins. I had the worst pain in my calves! What is going on?? I hope it goes away!…

Go for walks alone with your bf, plus I am sure it will be overwhelming meeting everyone. At least it was for me! Couple years later, when we visit we still go for walks because we need alone time too when we are there.

Everytime you go to the bathroom do 10 pushups. Easy, fast no body will know. I did that I my arms got SO buff. Plus I maxed my PT test for the army. Its hard with heels tho. OR maybe walk on lunch too.

Running/jogging! easy,simple, no gym membership need! I like running after my daughter goes to sleep and I am back in an hour (It super nice "ME" time) So when I go out, I am NOT working out i am getting some time just for myself. Getting away from my baby and hubby.
