hip pain...wtf im 25!!!
So I've been running 25 miles/week plus eliptrical (3hr/wk) and my hip has been killing me especially in am... feel like a 90 y/o!! Boys suck....
My fiance and I have been pissy with each other since sunday. We hardly said a word to each other all day, yet he can still be "mad" at me. ERRRR..... driving me really nuts. my lunch sucked today....
so i ate at arby's. I luv arby's sooo much, we only get it once in awhile. I think those calories really kicked my butt because I could not workout today. So i dont think I'm going to eat dinner. I am sooo close to losing 10 pounds I really don't want to mess it up!

sugar free carmel pudding (80 calories) and an apple (about 70) Carmel Apples! I had it as a snack accidentally, and it was yummy! Perfect watching Biggest Loser!

Is that ok? I usually eat chicken and have my Special K20 (Protein water) I have about 80 grams. It says I should have 50. Should I change? I have lost 6 pounds this month.

I am sooooo proud of myself!!
I recieve a tin of really yummy cookies for a big purchase we just made. I ate only 1 (rather than all of them) and brought the rest to work where everyone else can eat them!!! I think I am actually ready for change this time. Usually I would keep them and eat all of them in like 2 days. Michelle

V-Day plans...

I just got my FIRST kiss!!
My daughter just gave me a kiss on the lips, the first one!! I almost cried, she has always smacked her kisses at me but this was an actually kiss. Sorry i am just really excited!!

60 seconds running(sprinting, as fast as you can go), 120 seconds recovery. Do this after a good run/jog. I feel so good after i do these. give them a try! Good luck!

the flu...

MY calves hurt soooooooo bad.....
I am on my 3rd week of working and dieting. My calves still hurt. I ran for 35 min. today at 6.6. I felt like I was going to die after. I could hardly walk!! What is going on? I traded shoes. I warmed up and stretched before I hit the treadmile....wtf? Michelle

I had to play Army this weekend....
I ran a PT test which is 2 mile run, 2 min of push ups then situps. I took 1 and half min. off my 2 mile run. and I lost no weight but 4 % body fat!!!! I walked/ran 65 mins today! Half of the time I had 5# dumbells in each hand. Can i log that in the exercises? I am sure that is extra calories! Maybe a little ice cream tonight?? I am so naught.:blushing:

I gained 2 LBS!!
Ive been working out for 1 week, a total of 6 times, 75 minutes each time. How the heck did I gain 2 lbs. I think I am going to stop weighing myself. It just makes me depressed. :cry: :sad:
