walking/running with weights....

I walked/ran 65 mins today! Half of the time I had 5# dumbells in each hand. Can i log that in the exercises? I am sure that is extra calories! Maybe a little ice cream tonight?? I am so naught.:blushing:

I would think that you would burn extra calories running/walking with weights than without, but I don't know how many more it would be. Sorry I couldn't help more:ohwell:0
