60 seconds running(sprinting, as fast as you can go), 120 seconds recovery. Do this after a good run/jog. I feel so good after i do these. give them a try! Good luck!

FYI...I check my pulse to ensure I'm at my target heart rate.

if your not sure you can do the full 60 seconds you can cut them in half. 30-60's. I started with those.0
