I wouldn't recommend it from what I understand of the soup diet your referring to it is just temp for people going through surgerys a couple of weeks later right? I could be wrong. I believe the only true diet that works is eating right and exercising. If that is what you want to do good luck either way

Yeah, but the thing is I have to loss weight (semi-fast, I know not too healthy) but i need to make weigh for the Army. I have been in for 6 years and my contract is about up. In order to re-up i have to make weight. I weight 224 now need to weigh 171. I do workout everyday (6 days per week) I guess we will see. Its heathly because there are lots of fruits and veggies, unhealthy because of the restrictions.

Just my two cents... but it took me 6 months to move from 215 to 170...

    Be careful!

I know how frustrating it is to make weight for the military I never had to worry about making weight until after my c-section with Rion. It has been hard and I just got down pre preggo weight and it's taken 3 1/2 years of fluctuating down and up. I believe that sometimes its sad how people like you and I love and want to stay in the military but yet time and time again I see someone who is ridiculously out of standards that just doesn't care and gets to stay in. I wish the best for you, when are you supposed to weight in? I hope if you still decide to do that route and suceed in your weigh in that you will go back to doing it healthy I just dont want to see anything bad happen to you.

thinking of ya from one military chic to another!!:drinker:
