I'm on week 4 and week two was right and I also have the lite version of that app.. In week three I accidentally started running on the walk section and walking on the run...maybe you were so excited and blastin your music you didn't hear the beeps like I didn't in week 3.

Yes, I read that, but I'm curious as to know how much I'm actually eating. I'm using a Heart Rate Monitor that calculates my burned calories, I just don't know how accurate it is...and what to do.

How do you calculate your calories for jazzercise? I'm wondering cuz I do Zumba

You need to eat all of your exercise calories because the system has already calculated you at a loss of calories in order to lose weight. If you go to profile it will show you have many calories you have been reduced in order to lose weight.
