I can speak from experience and being big all my life and tried for years to get pregnant 10 plus years. After a rough Drs appointment I set out and lost 70 pounds came off BC and was pregnant the next month. So I am a firm believer that between God and weight loss I have my miracle now. And we may try again next year but…

Good luck Hun. I had to lose 70 pounds to have our little one so it is possible. Just keep working hard.

Add me! I am on everyday :)

I tend to feel really good those first couple of miles and then it's almost like the heat takes over and I just have to slow way down or walk some to catch my breath. In the spring I had no problem holding a 10 minute mile but I do get so focused on what my time will be I forget that it's about the miles by the time. I am…

I did it!!! Got 6 miles in. First time I have since the spring!!!

If you are doing 2-3 days/wk currently, I would probably just increase it by 1 day per week for a couple of weeks at a time. No need to rush it. Increasing your weekly mileage quickly can lead to injury and burn out. [/quote] Some weeks I get 4 days and some I get 3..Depending on weather, heat and how I feel but I just…

It is tough to find the right stuff. I tried some regular C4 this morning and I tell you I thought my fingertips were going to itch off! It was crazy. But I have learned that you have to come off of some of this stuff sometimes or just build up a tolerance for it and you don't get anything.

I was using Cardio Igniter but started to not feel anything off it. So I moved on to black coffee (which I just can't do) and now I am going to try C4 sport. So here's to something new :)

@mwyvr I could easily get in 2-3 miles a morning, but have been leary of doing it for fear of hurting myself. Maybe I just need to try it for a week. We have no hills here. It is flat and straight. The ocean will do that to you :)

@scottb81 I was able to go to the mountains last weekend and ran on some of those hills and kept a good pace so that was a renewal in my courage. My half isn't until 10/18 and those mornings here are usually 50-60 degrees so that helps a lot. This hot weather is hard to keep my strength and stamina up. @DesireeKrieger…

I use Dymatize Iso Whey...It is the best I have tasted and it only has 110 calories and very low sugar.

This heat is no joke and I had a great distance and stride going right before the humidty hit and when it did....It took time off my mile. I was just getting to the point that I could run solid and keep about a 9.5 minute mile. Now I am lucky if I can get 10.5. It is so tough and discouraging when I have this half to plan…

The best thing you can do is find people (friends, family) that can help motivate you. I find that if I have someone who is cheering me on in the back ground that I do much better. I also have a teenager that will be in the 10th grade who is trying to gain muscle. So the challenge is there no matter what way you are trying…

You can do it. Just take it one day at a time and you will look back and see that all those days together started something brand new and fun. Let me know if I can help!! :) Welcome back.

@scottb81 I do find that I am not getting enough carbs for my long run days and run out of energy quick. another thing I am trying to work through is the heat. I am good about 30-70 degrees no humidy. But we are at the coast and every morning has at least 80% humidty and then I have asthma. So I have a few challenges that…

I usually try to run two to three days during the week and Saturday or Sunday as my long run day. Sunday usually is my day off from any work out except maybe a walk. But I do some strength stuff during the week too. I woke up this morning planning to run and had a pain in my knee and decided to do something more low…

I have used the C4 before I just wasn't sure if the PWO was something different. it works but it didn't sustain on the longs runs. I have been on the Cardio Igniter for about 4 months and I am trying to cycle off of it so maybe i can feel it again. But I will keep looking :) and your explination was perfect.

Cold over Hot I have never been able to tell the difference. I drank cold water with my Cardio Igniter and have drank coffee and have gotten the same results. I am not worried about 50 calories or less. I can burn that sitting down. Hot stuff makes it difficult to get out and run at 80 degrees with 95% humity at 5 am but…

I have been using Cardio Igniter and use that for a boost before I work out. Geting up at 5 am to work out I need something to get me moving. So I wanted to try something different other than the Igniter stuff. I think I am going to have to sweeten it. I just can't do it. I just don't want to throw up on a run either :)…
