  • I just ran across it and the hubby was thinking about it..but it just seems like a lot of money for them to just send me a report. If it was free maybe. But I dont know.

  • You send a swab of you cheek in and they basically tell you what and how you should be eating and working out.

  • I try to weigh everything and in a food rut. I just don't know what to eat anymore. I find that if I don't eat enough protein I end up gaining weight. It is weird. I do use the spray olive oil but it doesn't have any calories. The seasoning I use on the chops is nothing. So it is tough to say where the creep is. It's just…
  • I do have a thyroid and pcos...think that would have something to do with these last few pounds? I have it all under control though.
  • The hard part is I feel hungry all the time. I guess I just need to watch it more. I fee physically hungry at times. It's a tough balance
  • I am in the same boat! I have lost 77 and have been stuck in the lower 150's since December. Can't seem to break this stride. So any advice would be appreciated!
  • I don't even know how to eat at maintenance. And that scares me :) I have changed my routine this week so we will see. It is tough trying to figure this body out! It seems that I can get down to 151 and now I am at 154 but hit 155 this week. So I don't know. I am just going to keep moving. I still have some fat to burn so…
  • That is for Friday's and cold run mornings
  • I have lost 70 pounds and not logged my creamer but I am close to the goal and things are slowing down and I realize how many calories I am really putting in my coffee and just wondering if that is helping the slow down. Who knows. But I won't give up my coffee :) with cream :)
  • I have a good scale and weigh and measure everything now. I think the only thing I don't log is coffee creamer and I may have to cut back on some of that. And keep my hands away from the peppermint jar. Goodness sitting at a desk all day sucks. And I am 5'3"
  • I guess it just isn't going to move as fast as I want. I am not sure I am ready to cut back to 1350 yet but if I get desperate I will. My clothes are fitting better so it is probably more inches than anything right now. Just need to get a better hold on things. Thanks guys.
  • thank you for this. I have never eaten back my calories burned due to not being sure if it accurate. Even wearing a monitor. I usually only wear a monitor on my runs and not my strength. I will do some calculating and some moving around. I usually maintain 6 days a week working out something. Saturdays is usually my long…

  • I love T25. It is my go to winter work out when I can't get out and run. I will be honest, I started it last August at about 220 pounds and had to modify a lot. I did stay on Alpha for a few rounds and then moved on to beta and gamma. But I took my time. It is well worth it. And you will see changes!
  • This was me at my heaviest and in august 015
  • Way to go!!!! that is great news!!
  • Congrats! Keep moving forward!!
  • Adult beverages are best mixed with the real thing :) I am quite sure this topic is heavily debated. But it's all good here. I just didn't know if anyone noticed a bloat/weight gain drinking it.

  • I had a hard time getting things back to normal after my section. But it does come together. Mine was 4 months old when I started back to walking again. Then I broke my wrist and it shut everything down. But it does get back to normal. I can tell things have changed but it does start coming off.
