I have been in the 150's since October. Up and down this whole time but stayed in the 150's. I am now fluctuating between 155-151. Is this normal as you get closer to the end goal?

Runners belt
anyone have a good suggestion for a running belt? I need one that will hold a phone, gummies, water and an inhaler. I have bought a pack before and it moved so much I ran with it under my ribs and couldn't breathe. So if anyone knows of one that won't move and you love it please let me know. Thanks

Four Years
This pictures showed up on my flashback feed. This was four years ago at my very heaviest. I am still shocked by the difference. This is my second go around (one weight gain was from pregnancy) but it still shocks me the difference. Still have a ways to go but I like the changes!!!

Soda???
Just wondering how people felt about diet soda. I don't usually drink them but here lately I have just wanted something fizzy. I drink water all day and I get more than a plenty that way but sometimes I just want something different. So has anyone noticed any bloating or anything weird drinking sodas???

Runners...
Anyone run everyday?? Do you find it hard on your knees? I usually try to get in my long runs on the weekend but don't want to overdo it during the week by running every day. I can usually only get in 3 miles during the week and try for 4-6 on the weekends (would like for this to be more but it is just 10,000 degrees here)…

Anyone use coffee as a prework out? I am trying to force myself to drink it before work outs and runs but am having a hard time getting it down black. Anyone have any tips? Or do I just need to suck it up and drink it :)

This time around it seems that I will get on a good downward slope with the weight coming off. Then I will gain 3-5 pounds and it takes me a month to get back down to my lowest weight recorded. I came across some Gu Enery Gel the other day and wanted to throw this out there to see if anyone has had any sucess with it. Pros and Cons to Protein Shakes
Anybody have any pros and cons to drinking a protein shake? I am looking at the dymatize iso 100. My concern is that when would I take it and would it really help? Also would it add too many calories to my day. I would take it with skim milk.
