Change in routine help!!!

So I have just recently became a stay at home mom and when I was working my eating was on point. I had my schedule and routine and now that I am home I am eating all the time! I have gained 10 pounds since coming home and I need some suggestions as to how to get back on track. I struggle with not eating every time the kids eat!! I love being home but this crazy eating has to stop!!!
Anyone have any ideas that worked for them???

Set an eating routine similar to when you were working. Keep healthy lie cal snacks on hand. Don't buy what you don't want yo eat. If other people want it, keep it in the cabinet out if fight and preferably on a separate shelf or drawer. Plan lots of short walks into your day.0
