lots of ab work and cardio with help your abs. I'd say do abs for 10 minutes 3 times a week. And you have to run and do other types of cardio to remove the fat on top of you ab muscles. Also work on your obliques (love handles). And as far as your thighs, running, squats, lunges, etc....

i weight lift 4 times a week and I record that under the cardio vascular part under weight lifting. Cuz i get my heart rate up and i'm know i'm burning calories.
-
sounds like a good idea to me.
-
use ur calories burned.
-
eat them
-
south beach diet high protein bars are really good too. 140 calories.
-
i think eating those especially with the yogurt or fruit is definitely ok. Its better than not eating anything at all. Those bars or shakes usually have alot of good vitamins and minerals you need.

i would add tomatoes, lil boiled egg, carrots, few crouton, low fat cheese, to help with your salad. Me and my wife make salads at home for supper or lunch sometimes and we use these pre-cooked chicken breasts that are frozen. heat them up in microwave for about 4 mins and they are great cut up in your salad. 170 calories…

I take a centrum multi-vitamin every morning after breakfast and a b12 vitamin every day after lunch. I use to take a liquid vitamin that was really good, didn't taste that great but you mixed it with juice. Absorbs alot better.
-
they make liquid vitamins
-
yes, i think you need at least one day of rest. maybe the middle part of your week.

I would try doing exercises around the house. jumping jacks, butt kicks, push-ups, crunches, lunges, squats, boxing in squat position, etc......these are good things to do around the house, and can work up a good sweat.

I've also been told you can shock your body by eating pretty big and somewhat unhealthy a few days and shock your body. Then go back to the healthy diet you've been on.

i use one called body fortress super advanced whey protein. Has a muscle recovery blend in it as well. Lots of vitamins too. 120 mixed with water, or 120 plus whatever milk you use. Take it right after your workout. This can be found at wal-mart in 3-4 flavors.
-
remember its not always about the lbs too. Its about inches and how your clothes start fitting and how you feel about yourself.
-
i would do every other day at first. You may to a light workout today, but to be honest, your legs are going to be sore for a few days. they will hurt tomorrow too. So you just have to fight through the pain. But taking a multivitamin, drinking lots of water, and even a protein shake after your workout with help muscles…
-
also do you take vitamins? I take a multivitamin in the mornings with my breakfast and i take a B 12 vitamin after lunch. Seems to help with those afternoon tired or sleepy spells. And vitamins are good for you.

I would count tap water, bottled water, propel water, water with crystal light. any of that stuff is ok. As far as tea or green tea, u can list them on your fitness thing, but i don't count them in mine.
-
i definitely try and add some veggies in there. Steam bag veggies are really good, and usually are a good source of vitamins and minerals.
-
Also for exercise, try push-ups, crunches, lunges, squats, jumping jacks, butt kicks, stairs, jogging, also there are some really good videos you can try, you can get them at walmart, biggest loser videos or jillian michaels video. get you some 5 lbs hand weights.

i eat South Beach Diet High Protein Cinnamon Raisin bars every morning. They are really good. Only 140 calories and have lots of vitamins too. I also eat a banana with it along with a diet green tea or water. Try eating a low fat bagel with fat free cream cheese. Special K cereals are really good too, with 1% or skim milk.…

you must take the vitamin after you eat, and drink at least an 8 oz glass of water.
-
i've been told 64 ounces. A small cup is 8 ounces. Try drinking water everytime you see a water fountain and always drinking water with meals and snacks.
-
i don't think that's a bad thing at all.
