I keep frozen fruit in the freezer to add to them...calories aren't huge and definitely good for you...1/2 cup sure makes for a new shake every day :)

mine id a digital scale made by or recommended by weight watchers does all the BMI and that too (that part scares me me LOL) but i really do like it

A friend of mine is a trained zumba instructor at 2 local fitness centers. i don't have the ability to do that but the dvd's sets with the sticks are made but the people in ohio she was trained by and even she ordred them for at home. i did get mine through ebay for $70 including the shipping and should have it this week.…
