  • I seem to be eating at least some of mine back every day, as I am quite hungry and having trouble getting under the calorie goal. I just track my steps with a Fitbit and do not count my weight lifting, so I believe I am still ahead. For awhile, I believed the MFP estimates of exercise calories and was eating them all back.…
  • Still frustrated...went up a couple of pounds and then down, and right back to my starting weight. SW: 180.6 CW: 180.8 GW: 165
  • Weigh in day. Ugh. Last week I finally saw the scale move. Today I am back to where I was. Exactly the same place I was when I started logging and exercising weeks ago. I've been patient as I know I am building muscle and can feel some changes in my body. But COME ON! Back to remembering the journey.
  • This is a good reminder for me. I have been relishing getting stronger after having dealt with back problems that send me to bed about every four months. I should be due for one any day now, but instead have started to do strength training and feel energetic and resilient. But now I have a cold, and I ate my way through…
  • Down 1.6 lbs. Goal: lose 13 more lbs. The great thing about this is that my weight has stayed the same for ages, despite exercising and logging my calories for 6 weeks or so. However, I recently started eating more food so I could get up to my daily goal, and now the weight is starting to come off. Yay!
  • I was having trouble meeting my calories and now I'm having trouble staying under them. But I'll get the hang of it. Mini-goals for tomorrow: - hit my calorie goal - drink enough water - go for a walk on my lunch
  • My challenge might sound weird, but I think I'm not actually eating enough. So I'm trying to hit my daily calorie targets, especially my protein goal. That one I find hard to get in. I got the water in today - hooray! - and had a very stressful day, but managed to work out and walk my dog as well as go for a walk at lunch.…
  • I just joined this group. I've been logging and exercising for 6 weeks and have lost 1 pound. Something I'm doing isn't working...so I figure I'll try this out. My rest day was yesterday and I got exercise every day last week despite starting back at school. Wednesday saw me put 17000 steps on my fitbit! Busy days.…
