Went on a day trip with the kids to the jelly belly factory, skipped the pizza, yay! I still need to get ,y workout in! I took measurements today, and have lost a few inches! Nice!

I just ran 5 miles with my girlfriends, I plan on doing L1D8 when my son is napping this afternoon. How many calories have you all been burning doing 30DS? (if you know) I can't get past 183, hoping L2 takes me up a notch. Hope everyone has a great day!!!

I just got home from a 7 mile run, but plan on doing 30DS later today....my thought " it's only 20 minutes" only 20 minutes of pain, but I'm gonna do it!

I love my body media arm band. I find it is very accurate. It also help to keep me motivated. Being a mom of 4, I thought I was pretty active. But this helped me to see that I wasn't as active as I thought. This helps a ton!

I have gone from a B cup to an A....I'm fine with it. Less to bounce around while exercising.

Hubby and I were always broke when dating...so hiking, going for a picnic at a park or beach, taking a walk, go for a run. We LOVE geo caching though, my kids love going on "treasure hunts"

I don't run at night, but run early enough in the morning that I need a headlamp. I have one that clips to the brim of any baseball cap. I also wear clothing that isn't dark and can be seen. We have also used glow in the dark bracelets...the cheap one time use ones. Why do I run so early? Because hubby works and I have 4…

Yes, it is basically standing on a surf board and using a paddle to propel yourself. I have a body bugg, but was afraid I might fall in and ruin it....luckily I didn't fall.

I hate the scale for that reason! I weight at 5:45 am on the 1st of each month. That's all I can handle.

I make my own. I use the dole fresh cut frozen fruit, (1 cup) 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, and 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. ( I use natures sunshine, Love and Peas protein powder) then blend. It is super tasty, and a great protein drink.

I have tried for 11 years to "make" my husband eat healthy. In the end, it is their choice. The best you can do is set a positive example, and maybe she will follow. Do what is best for YOU. You are the only person you have control over. Good luck. You CAN do this!!
