We are looking into a franchise that as all of the contracts in place for the machines. They are very successful already. We aren't sure how much it will cost yet. Just knowing the price of healthy and organic tends to be more. I'm hoping it will be competitive with the junk, so you can have healthy at the same price. Oh, and it's name brand stuff, not homemade or off brands.

I have one too, and it is pretty accurate. I have worn it with my heart rate monitor and a Nike wrist band while running at the same time, and they all came out very close. For me, the brisk pace I keep when walking, is enough to say it isn't a start and stop thing. I don't slow to a snails pace, I have been known to pass quite a few runners when I'm walking...

I love Galloway. I have taken 30 minutes off my half marathon time and an hour and 20 minutes off my full marathon time. I totally believe in his method. It helps your body to recover quickly....I am never sore after a race, and have improved my times greatly.

I admit, I slacked this weekend....I ran 17 miles over the 3 day weekend, and helped build part of a fence, plus cleaning for 3 hours etc...I could go on. I just finished Turbo Kick, and I am going to do 100 after I type this. How is everyone else doing?
