100 squats daily challenge...

Anyone want to join me? My goal is 100 per day until Christmas!
I just finished the 30 DS with another group and it is so much easier to get it done with friends!
You can do them anywhere, any time 50 in the am 50 in the pm, split them into 25 at a time, or do 100 at once. Just get them done!
These are in addition to what you are already doing....

Thanks for the link! There's no way I can commit to doing 100 every day, but now that I know how to do them properly, I'm going to start doing a dozen every time I sit on the couch or at the computer.0 -

I got 50 squats so far today. I do different ones with each 10. Wider, feet turned out, feet turned etc etc.., how low can ya go!!!!0

This is a good one. The most benefit will be had if you larger sets. 25 reps or more. And the most benefit will be to you're conditioning. Bloody great cardio if you do large sets and fast(and deep!)
I often do little small weekend workouts on the beach involving 10 sets of 15 squats in a circuit, so 15 squats, then i sprint immediately after for 20m, then do 15 push ups. repeat for the 10 sets without rest. SO good for you!!0 -
i only did 40 yesterday, i have never done squats before, didnt realize how hard they are !!0

I have been a little sore today..did turbo kick and felt it in my glutes! Pain equals progress!!0
