To be consistent you need to follow a specific regimen. 4sets of 25 reps will easily get you to a hundred per day. Rest and stretch after the first two sets. Also arrange a set time during the day to do your squats. Make an appointment for yourself every day.0

I admit, I slacked this weekend....I ran 17 miles over the 3 day weekend, and helped build part of a fence, plus cleaning for 3 hours etc...I could go on.
I just finished Turbo Kick, and I am going to do 100 after I type this.

I am totally in...I just got finished with a Squat contest where my partner and I had to do 450 daily to get the Max points and I tell you I lost at least 10 or more inches in thigh area..IT was for 6 weeks...and the Bootie Results are massive from it..my honey loves the change...I have already done 200 today but now I have this I can make sure I get 100 in daily...0
