Eating back calories
Could someone please explain why I should be eating back my calories from my fitness? I thought I wanted to create a deficit to lose weight? I am on a 1200 per day program. I usually burn 300-500+ calories a day. And eat my 1200, should I be eating more? Thanks, Robin
