i know I have seen some posts about this, and everyone has their opinion. I don't need to lose too much more, and a friend approached me about it. The shake helps you not only loose fat, but gain muscle too. She is SUPER tiny and has lost 2 pounds and 2 inches in one month. Not a lot on some scales but big for her.

I am thinking about taking their 90 day challenge. Anyone want to do it with me? What the heck, it's only 90 days and it would help us get through the holidays w/o gaining!!
