so I only weigh myself once a month, but have felt thinner...

I have taken on a summer challenge of 100 squats a day, plu one burpee for each day of summer, I am on day 22, so today I will do 22 burpees..I am also trianing for 3 half marathons, doing ChaLean extreme, and a friends workout class...
I am keeping track of everything with MFP and my body media arm band....and doing Paleo...

Anyways, I have been stuck at my current weight FOREVER!!
I know it won't come off quickly because I dont have very much to lose. But I am doing everything I can to make that scale move!

Today, my little NSV: I have lost 3/4 an inch around my hips....my BiGGEST problem area!
