Logging ChaLean extreme

How do those of you doing CLX log it for your exercise? Strength training? Cardio? Is there a CLX In the database?

    on my database it says that circuit training is 7 calories burn't a minute...
    So whenever i do an exercise video i add it to my exercises as being 7 calories a minute burned...

    I will be tracking them in the Cardio section. Creating a new exercise for them and since I have a bodybugg I will be inputting the cals burned.

    I think is weird that MFP doesn't count the strength training in your exercise...I mean exercise is exercise and it should be counted so I only use the cardio section.

    I just looked and you can create whatever exercises you want as long as you know how many calories you have burned without it affecting the main database. I have input all of the Turbo Fire workouts but it looks like them are only under my exercises. Hope you find your answer :-)
