I love mine too, and wear them for races including marathons. My body heat usually helps keep them in place.

Outside for me, treadmills make me sleepy, and hurt my knees.

I have a body media arm band, which is similar to the body bugg, I love it. It doesn't just track while exercising, it tracks 23 hours a day. My weight loss has been hard and my fat is stubborn, ( I don't have too much to lose) but I have lost 6 pounds since using it!

Ah, you are all passing me up! I took today off. I am homeschooling my daughter and today was the first day, it also included back to school shopping for my other two....I know excuses, I promise to be back tomorrow. 5 days left....I MUST finish!

Ugh....went to the movies with my kids, ran errands and then had a call for someone to come see our house (it's for sale) so I have seriously spent the last 4 hours cleaning. I need to get 30DS done....ugh.

Skipped today...I ran 5 miles this morning, and my ankles were killing me...couldn't see myself doing L3 in pain. Back tomorrow!

ChaLean Extreme is another beach body program. I started it before 30DS. It is with Chaleane Johnson. Same person that does turbo fire. It is so fun! I was able to put my kids on the front of the board and paddle...Lake Tahoe was perfect for it! It is really easy, and I have never fallen in....try it!

Im back from our trip to Tahoe. I will be back to L3 tomorrow too! I am going to do 10 more days of Level 3 to catch up for the 4 days I have taken off. I didn't do anything while we were gone, just had fun and relaxed. I did get a few hours of Stand Up Paddling in, so that helped. Hope you are all doing well!!

I am in the same boat. I just started level 3 today, and leave on a wednesday for a week of camping. I might write it down and take the program with me.
