I'm waiting for my children's movie to end, then I will get L3 D1 done.....hopefully I can make it through. We'll see if I have to drop back down. Hope everyone is sticking with it! I can't wait to see the results!!

Ran 5.5 miles today. My ankles are killing me from the 30DS. I took today off. Might move up to L3 to help with the ankle issue.

Done with L2D6 Then hit the pool for an hour with my kids.... HELP: I will be camping next week from Wednesday to Sunday. I plan on shredding Wednesday morning and Sunday when I get home, but might not be able to get it done Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Of course my days will be filled with hiking, swimming and running,…

Took a walk with my neighbor this morning, lots of hills! I plan on getting L2D6 done later today....off to the pool with my kids soon.

LOL about Lamaze...but that actually how I learned to breath...try the he, he, hoo...when running. He he is your two breathes in, hoo is out. This works for me. My track coach had us run laps practicing each type of breathing , 3 in 1 out, 2 in 1 out etc,. To figure out what worked for me. Maybe do that to see what you are…

@timdog, I use 3# and 5# weights, depending on the exercise, my hubby uses 8#. It's a lot of lifting in a short amount of time, so I don't recommend heavy weights, unless your super fit. She goes fast too, so better light to prevent injury....this is just my opinion. Oh, and L2 D5, done!!!

Did a 6 mile run with my sister this morning, then came home and did L2D4,whew....glad I'm done for the day!!!! Anyways, I am going camping for 5 days next week. I am going to try and keep up with level 3 while I am there....I am going to write it down and use a timer. This is my plan at least, we'lll see if i can stick…

I love CLX, she is great, the workouts are 40 min. Or less, and I saw great results after only 1 month. I took this month off to do 30 day shred, but will be right back to CLX as soon as I m done.

L2D2 done....wow, it's a great workout! SOOO happy it's only 20 minutes, I don't know if I could keep up with more. Got some 3# weights, my shoulder was hurting (in a bad way) with the 5#, so the 3's are much better.

So I didn't get the workout done today, I ran 9 miles this morning and got stung by 3 bees while doing so. Then our little kids got new beds today, so we moved a bunch of furniture, along with time at the park...I am pooped. Back at it tomorrow. I was sore from doing level 2 yesterday though, it's a toughy.

I only consider them a fit when they are comfy to wear, and for me that means a little loose.

I love shakeology. 70fruits and vegetables. Yum. I make my own: 1 cup frozen fruit ( I use dole peaches, strawberries and banana mix) 1 cup silk almond milk 1 scoop love and peas protein powder Very filling only 195 calories.

Completed L2D1, it was tough, but I got it done! Oh, and I am down 1 pound and 3 1/2 inches!

@madbabysmama, I usually do my cardio early in the morning, and the do 30DS in the afternoon. That way I have energy for both.

I am 5'6 weigh 137 and burn an average of 175 for level 1. I am starting level 2 tomorrow, hope it goes up.

I didn't have heavy weights, and did fine. But I am a weakling. I am doing 30 DS right now and love it.

L1 D 10 complete....lol, the tv is on the blink, so I had to do it from memory. I set my stop watch and got it done! Level 2 starts tomorrow.
