personally i think you def need more protein, and there are alot of ways to incorporate protein into your diet without eating meat. I just recently bought dry roasted edemame beans and 1/4 c is 14 grams of protein! and they taste like pumpkin seeds! not to mention it would be a good idea if you are going to eat so little…

its also very hard for me to have one bite and be done, my advice, if you can stay away from it, do that. You can always have a bit of fruit to get your sweet on without feeling bad. Thats what i do :)

thank you! At first i tried to not let it bug me that i had a ton of friends and would go back and comment on all their accomplishments, but after about a month of only have 2 or 3 comments (my mom always comments :P) every couple days, i thought i'd clean house and make better friends!

ive known people to lose weight eating junk food alone with no exercise, its not just about losing the weight, its losing the weight while being as healthy as possible while doing so. and its known to keep the metabolism going to eat small meals throughout the day but personally i wouldnt even call them all meals, id say…

its most likely to be water weight, and i know its hard not to get discouraged but i know you can do it and if you have been doing great so far dont let this get to you! keep your head up :)

personally i would say to always eat breakfast, and small meals i use as a guideline, for instant i eat breakfast, and then a snack, like a fiber bar or piece of fruit, then i eat lunch, then another snack, dinner, and then snack. as long as your calories are spread out id say you have a much better chance of keeping your…

i agree with beastie about being prepared, and if you can maybe try to keep those food options out of the house, sort of an out of sight out of mind thing :)
