Is it possible?
Is it possible that as you gain muscle in your back, it atcually begins to correct your posture so to speak? Generally I dont have the best posture, especially when sitting, but lately any slouching causes pain and pushes my spine into the chair, wall that I am sitting against. Same weight, Different body!
