this site and the support! if i tried putting anything about my health, weight, or goals on any other social network i'd get scoffed at as if i dont need it... as if being healthy is a crime... THANK GOD for this site and you people! thank you for all the support! makes me happy to be able to chart my progress with others who care about their health... you people rock my socks :heart:

    like mindedness is a joyful thing, isn't it my dear!!!!! No being called a health nut here, or being called obsessive cause you want to be healthy....i love this site as well and thanks to you, i joined. What a blessing it has become!
