  • believe me, IT SHOWS! my friends never said word one till one night when they were wasted, they started talking about how good i look! sad it took them to be drunk to get their true feelings out, especially when they KNOW how hard ive been working for this, but i never needed them to say anything because i could tell, and…
  • cant stand the way he talks with a mouth full of food, its worse then any other food star... it mimics the sounds of a pig eating slop out of a troff. disgusting.
  • im not sure why so many women on here have a problem telling her man that hes awesome, or sexy. i mean, as a women, i wont lie and say if i didnt hear that i was beautiful every day that i would still feel awesome about myself. because i wouldnt. that being said i tell my man hes awesome and sexy every day, and he says,…
  • getting rid of a partner due to their ability to clean things well is bizarre... not to mention rediculous ESPECIALLY if your not asking for help... btw, could you send some of your cleanliness vibes this way so i may give them to my husband :)

  • i also get what i want if i want it... cept the clothes, like i said because why buy anything "smaller" now? when i reach my goals everything will fit like i want and THEN i can start to buy clothes, but as for everything else, it doesnt matter how much i weigh
  • at my goal weight i plan to buy a new wardrobe, including an adorable bikini... as for mini rewards i use things such as lower resting heart rate, and weight increases as rewards.
  • i agree, i believe that its doubtful that carbs are the issue, and your body changes after children so now it may just be harder to lose weight... also, personally i think diets that include the kinds of foods you will be eating long term are best, that way your body is doing what it needs to without the possibility of a…
  • its day that make all your hard work worth it!!! nothing is better than improving your health!!! congrats!!! :drinker:

  • well as long as its happened to someone else, then at least i know im not going crazy. i also heard this about the bottom vs the top but i tell ya the bottom ones are well on their way to healing. i can actually see those ones and the gum is about half way there... didnt know i was such a quick healer, but hey maybe that…
  • i have suffered from ibs for years, as well as acid reflux disease, until recently when i changed the way i was eating. i was also very certain it didnt matter what i ate, its still gave me trouble... i was wrong. when i cut out soda and sweets, and changed what i was eating (almost ALL packaged frozen dinners, pizza,…

  • your hrm is much more accurate than the treadmill. id go with the hrm...
  • i agree about changing your diet. I know that this question is about diet pills but the best and most healthy way to lose weight/maintain is by eating healthy and exercise, eating healthy alone can give you extra energy. also, vitamins (specifically b's) are great energy boosters!
  • you look great!!! and i agree 110% with the person who said you look well under 200, when i read your stats i actually thought your goal weight WAS your weight, then i re-read it and couldnt believe my eyes!!! you look fabulous!!!
  • you look AMAZING!!! way to go!!!
  • you could do that... or you could make sure that you chose a lifestyle that your willing to stick to. otherwise the weight could come back on and then some... for instance i refuse to cut carbs, because i know that im not going to cut them out forever... :)
  • agreed! not to mention exploding people would be an awful mess to clean up...
  • this one was also 1% off... btw DO NOT rely on scales or online calculators, it would be in your best interest to get a set of calipers, i found this out due to my scale that gives me that reading, and my scale says im 25% body fat and my calipers say im 19% soooooo im going to trust my calipers :)
  • these calculators were way off for e and i measure by calipers... there is one site that i have found that was almost spot on http://www.healthcentral.com/cholesterol/home-body-fat-test-2774-143.html
  • hrm for sure!!! also, i use it for cardio at least two times a week and i love it! you dont even realize your workin out till all the sudden you feel the sweat! its good stuff :)

  • for the first 3 months i did great! this month however i craved everything under the sun! not to mention i was hungry the entire week before (has NEVER happened). so i ate my maintenance cals, it was the best i could do with how i was feeling :(
  • thanks guys! im actually looking forward to it. I had been going so hardcore for like 3 months so to see my body coming to a hault was mentally exhausting. and im not small by any means, im actually 5'7 1/2" and weigh 155, but i fit into size 5/7. there have been many factors in my decision to start thinking about…
  • i am literally 5 lbs from my goal and 19-20% body fat (caliper tested) and weight loss has been tedious for the past month. and this is def a lifestyle change, i dont plan to go over maintenance. the breaks ive read about simply express the importance of leptin and thyriod levels and for me this makes sense... i actually…
