  • Doing chest flyes will build the muscles underneath your breasts, which can make them look bigger and perkier. You might try doing those, pushups, and chest presses :)

  • You may want to ask her WHY she thinks it's gross... maybe it's nothing to do with how awesome your muscles are and more that she thinks it feels wierd or something to feel you randomly flex? I'd talk to YOUR lady about it, instead of asking what we think :smile:
  • If you're already over your calories for the day, you could either: 1) exercise it off 2) accept that you messed up, DON'T beat yourself up about it (people do this a lot), and eat low cal for the rest of the day. Vegetables are your friend. You can't uneat it, but you shouldn't starve yourself the rest of the day either,…
  • I THOUGHT THIS WAS ONLY ME. I don't even like to walk past a mirror with the lights off, and there's no way you'll catch me looking into one. And everyone in my group of people thinks I'm the "rational, no-nonsense friend" :laugh:
